Filing a DMCA notice
A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material on this Site that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs work best).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include information matching the requirements of 17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3). Send counter-notices to the same address above.
Repeat infringers
Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their access to this Site terminated.
